The program files are broken, a solution is that you uninstall the program and install it again or just download a previous version of it that will work for you.

well maybe like say Dream,or maybe ur Anivirus detected some file from that program and delete it,obveusly that file afect the proces,tri to install with the antivirus off,or better tri to download from other place
