Teleport-critical eror

I'm getting this eror when i'm trying teleport to one place to another. Please help how to fix it. :]

this isnt  a server's problem.

u need to install correctly the server's files and then it will be fixed i got this prob many times.this is the only thing u need to do.

and just to be sure....reinstall l2 and repatch again and i thing u will not have problems.
