I have a problem: I tried doing this with the C5 files... but I only got the 'bottem' part working, the rest was gray (not the models, just the whole screen), would be nice if you could share C5 too, I love t :)

if something go wrong. just try another background. and if ur char doesint apear ;D then try to have only 1 char in 1 acc ;>

I think you just moved looby.unr and forget that you need textures and staticmeshes.
