Problem with my paypal account

It's paypal's issue noble.Not bank's.

i have  my credit card on piraeus bank. every transfer through paypal on my bank account is marked as unknown transfer

 

before remaking my card i signed in order to be asked by phone/cell phone for every internet money transfer or payment i do or receive so that my money will be secured and safe on my bill
