The bug works but still has a high chance pop. I would say you have a 60 to 70% chance of going +10. This is still better than normal enchant process. Tried it on my server and highest item so far is +14 out of over 200 items, alot of them went +10 and 12.

I discovered that instead laying the second weapon u can put an armor...even if it's a weapon enchant scroll :D :) maybe that will give you some ideeas...^^
