situation wth dagger is almost same as berserker skills, his dmg is calculated mostly on skill power, but thats good, cuz i can make -10str and +dex +con ;]

Dagger enchant is COMPLETELY USELESS if you are talking about high rates with instant reuse. If for low rate, or high rate with balanced reuse (yeah i doubt there is one) dagger enchant is quite usefull so u won't have to waste mana on a mob when u can just beat them to death.
