First of all , FPS regulate how will increase or decrease the objective of your weapon .

 

Lets start .

 

Follow the way .

 

Control Panel / NVIDIA Control Panel ( wait some second's to open the window ) / Check Advanced Settings / 3D Settings ( in the left corner ) / Click in the second option ( Manage 3D settings ) of 3D Settings / In the center you have some options , click the bar and go down and click on Vertical sync / Then set the option Force off

 

100% Working .

always check fps_max 101 :P

if you want to see the max values that your pc can reach :

cl_showfps 1  (of course),

fps_max 999  (lets see) and

developer 1

ty and is this for all games , bcoz i play minly l2 , and is it going to increase my fps in l2 too ?

it was on "use the 3d application setting " isnt it better than force off ?

And if i have ATI :s  ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

i'm playing with fps_max 150 and i think it's best

 

Gio, if you're with ati just write the commands.

Live, playing with fps_max 101 and 150 is still the same thing since the maximum parameter of the command is 101 :).
