Asus prime motherboard block

I have an asus B760M-A prime, I disable secureboot because I need to run a DLL file from USB though BIOS, but It wount load it, i now see that prime motherboard from Asus have a enhanced Secure system for business use. My question is - Can I turn off that enhanced Security?
