στο server.properties πρέπει να έχεις κάνει λάθος τις IP ... Ποια port έχεις ανοίξει? Είσαι σίγουρος ότι η no-ip σου είναι ενεργοποιημένη?

Και κάτι που ξέχασα .... Στο minprotocol βάλε 1 και στο maxprotocol βάλε 999 .

 

Στην κονσόλα του loginserver ή του gameserver σου λέει τίποτα?
