I want to add some buttons and how can I change the name in this banner

If it's not already via html then you need to open Interface.xdat (which is located in system folder) and search on "BoardWnd" for the buttons.
In order to open Interface.xdat you need xdat-editor... If interface.xdat is encrypted you need to decrypt it first.

perhaps this is not a standard interface since even in 388 we see a very simple crafting system here I will give a screenshot
