Is there a variable that increases PVE damage in H5? I'm trying to create an accessory that increases the damage to monsters but I don't know what variable I have to add to make it work. I tried modifying part of the behavior of the "final secret" ability but it didn't work

Warlord and Gladiator skills give PVE bonus on specific monsters. Not for all. There are stats to increase total PVE damage regardless of the monster group. I just don't have access to my computer atm so I can't tell you exactly the name. Search the stats bonus from the pvp belts (physical attack and skill attack) and copy their pvp bonuses. Then just swap "pvp" to "pve", keep the rest of the name same and add it to your skill/item. As for PVE defense I couldn't find something. Hope I helped!
