Help High casting speed wont show skill animation

Hi i want some guide. After setting ex. Warcryer c speed to 4000 he cast really fast but animation of skill is slow. So i reduced hittime from 4000 to 1000 ex and it cast very fast but after 2 drain wont show animation of drain balls. Which part of code affect this.

 

L2j h5 pack used latest.

 i had same issue but with casting speed like 2000 , and then i saw that without soulshots it was working fine , so you can change multiplier of soulshots that affects cast speed tweek it until you make it
