LF Looking for someone to fully advertise my server

As title states, perhaps there is someone on this forum who has offered advertisement services to upcoming lineage2 projects and knows the most effective ways, channels to do so? I would like to hire someone with experience to mainly take care of my servers marketing and attract as many players as possible.

Just do facebook ads byyourself, you will get way more clicks than any other place (topsites are a scam nowadays). Hell i even found some nice servers to play on myself from facebook and i barely use the site.

i guess you can search a clan leader in order to make your server populated , but there are any clans on this game anymore ?
