Help L2 DPI Scaling. Any Ideas?

So, im having this issue with my L2 client... the whole UI is really tiny. i can barely see anything. fixing the resolution in the "option.ini" file doesnt work... i think microsoft is having trouble with DPI scaling applications in thier new QHD systems but idk. Im running the new dell xps 13" 9350 i5-6200U 256g 8g QHD with 3200x1800 resolution. win10 64bit any ideas on how to enlarge my UI? icons, health, mana, cp bars, chatbox, menu options, etc... https://1921681001.id/ https://19216811.cam/

There are some 'ways', which chronicle are you playing? or are you playing official?

edit:
either way, you can just use XDatEditor to increase the size of the ingame font, or even the size of some windows, but that's gonna take a lot of time, i'd suggest you to just edit the font sizes, here's an example of what you can do:

the icon on the top right corner is 32x32, so you get an idea of how big the text is
