effect point "table" or whatever

Hi all, i'm new in this. I would like to know how effectpoint variable works on Lineage 2 Java classic 2.0.
I searched on internet i didnt find any result can you guys help me please ? thx

its in skills's data or description. The only thing i understood is when effectpoint is positive you cant use it on mobs. And when its negative you can use it on mobs but i dont know for the value utility.

I haven't touched classic, so I might be wrong, but I believe it's the aggro points you give to mobs when using the skills. That's why when someone in party spams heals the mobs aggro him, because the heal does aggro "damage" to the mob
