Rates:

XP/SP - 250x

Adena - 25x (all items in shops have a 0.1x price modifier applied to make them even more affordable without inflating adena rates)

Party XP - 500x (2x the normal rate)

 

 

About the server:

Most importantly, there will NEVER be a donation item that will give a player an advantage over another in pvp.

 

Baylor and Beleth have most of their skills working (minus the intro animations). Beleth is the only way to get Dynasty armor on the server.

 

As far as I've seen, there aren't too many L2J servers that even bother with these two bosses beyond spawning them and leaving them alone with broken skills and whatnot.

 

Most level 81 skills ARE working along with 4 caster classes getting a new aoe at level 85 (Meteor or Starfall depending on the class). The level 85 skill can be seen in videos of Gracia Final trailers.

 

And for anyone worried about "GM Corruption", the staff has, and always will have VERY limited privileges. Their jobs are to manage events and answer petitions, meaning they'll never be able to enchant player's gear, create items, kill mobs, or even tank for players.

 

 

Enchanting:

Safe enchant limit - +3 for everything except one piece armors which are +4.

Normal scrolls - 66% success.

Blessed scrolls - 75% success.

Max enchant for weapon/armor/jewels - 20.

 

General Changes:

There is just ONE NPC that handles most functions including teleport, warehouse, gm shop, dyes, augmenting, buffs, subclassing, vip area, etc.

The gm shop offers weapons up to S grade, S80 are dropped from grand bosses and to a lesser degree, from all RBs in the world.

Apella armor is now sold exclusively through the GM shop and has modified stats. It has the same armor rating as S grade armor, but the armor bonuses are improved.

Autolearn skills - Enabled

Autoloot - Enabled

Death Penalty Debuff - Disabled.

Buff Limit - 20+4 (Divine Inspiration) and 12 Songs/Dances.

Buff duration for most buffs (aside from self buffs) has been increased to two hours.

Chances of getting an augment skill with different levels of stones has been increased slightly.

60 second spawn protection.

Weight limit increased by 3x (CP pots weight increased by 4x).

 

Item Changes:

Augmented items can now be freighted to characters on the same account.

Mana potions added.

 

Skill Changes:

Many level 81 skills now added! Working on getting them as close to retail as possible with the current information I can find on them.

Though every day I'm adding or fixing skills as I get more information from retail sources on them.

 

 

PvP/PK Changes:

PK'ers will not be able to use potions (CP/HP/MP).

While flagged for pvp, teleporting using an NPC will be unavailable outside of town.

PvP rewards are enabled.

Spawn guards are in place only in a few key areas.

 

Subclass Changes:

5 subclasses instead of 3 are allowed.

Overlord is now available as a subclass.

Max level for subclasses is 85.

Kamaels on VIP accounts can add dagger and bow classes.

 

Clan Related:

24 hour clan penalties/dissolution.

Life crystals not needed for clan skills.

10 rep points are gained instead of 1 each time you kill an enemy clan member during clan war.

Clan leaders may now earn reputation for their clans by killing raid bosses (no quest involved). 250 points are automatically given each time a clan leader does so.

 

Voice Commands:

Type .help in game to get the current list of all available commands.

 

Leveling/Farming:

Currently there are two custom farming areas. There are a number of spawned bosses in each area. These bosses are somewhat harder than their real counterparts but drop Icarus weapons along with adena and life stones.

Honest, never heard of them. Played on L2Elite for almost 2 years, took a break from L2 for over a year (real life, joined military, etc), then came back to L2 and played on L2R, then L2Inc, and finally a few test servers owned by friends.

Right now it's just for donators and my early beta testers. Obviously with donations being unavailable at the moment (being that the server is so new and just in open beta, I thought it would be rude to start asking for donations), only the beta testers will have it. Sorry, but it's something I implemented to thank those who helped with the server.

 

Though, it is 250x so I mean, it's not too hard to dual box a buffer and level one. That and party xp is double the regular rate just so people can level a buffer and not be slowed down leveling their own char. I may actually increase that though.

Lot of updates have been done. http://l2echo.com/changelog.php to see everything. The info page needs to be updated to show a lot of these changes. Really I just need more player opinions at this point and anyone who's good at finding bugs. :)

Yeah, that's always the problem of getting players is that until you have a decent base, new players are hesitant to join. =P
