Help L2File Edit

Hello everyone.

I know its a long shot.. but i've been playing on newly opened server L2reborn 30x.

Long story short was watching some streams and noticed other people have modified their skillgrp.dat files to show some skills different (like noblesse buff in debuffs)

Tried every file edit I have found for classic client... and I just can't open any files.

Was wondering maybe anyone can have some ideas how to edit that file?? Would be really helpfull.
