Need help converting files for the interlude protocol. l2decrypt.exe l2encdec.exe it doesn't help, I recoded all possible options. Except for the software, I can't handle it.

you can't, need make files yourself via UnrealEngine.

Unfortunately, you cannot do this without the necessary knowledge. After all, the file must be made for a specific version of the protocol in order for it to work correctly, or the accessories must be manually transferred.
