Costum Buffer NPC - error

Hello. I have create a costum npc ( buffer ) .. its working well..
After a server restart if i dont use //reload , buffer is not working. Any idea about how to fix it? i will upload 2 images before and after restart. Thnx in advance.

You asking me that question makes me wonder if you're using L2OFF files. Are you using L2OFF or L2j?
