Offline shop

Hello! Just I wanna know if is possible to change the offline loading command when the game server is starting! I mean that server is open and the offline shops appears after 2 minutes! Thanks

ThreadPoolManager.getInstance().schedule(new RestoreOfflineTraders(), 100000L);

change to "RestoreOfflineTraders();"
