Help Lineage2 official lf help

Hey,

 

I got a problem with official lineage 2 server, I am not able to download the game, I have been thinking that maybe I got banned for whatever reason but I am not sure cuz I did not receive any kind of email/warning/answer from NC Soft yet.

 

Does anyone know how to fix it?
