Help Adrenaline problem (newbie)

Hellow all as title says im newbie on bots, i buy a original key for Adrenaline download updater,update maps(hf),update adrenaline(en) but there is aadrenaline.exe.tmp file  who disappear after some seconds every time and cant open it
