Help Gracia Final Dualbox Restricted

The thing is I can have 2 boxes in town or one in town and one in a farm zone, but I can't have both of them in the farm zone. 

It say it's restricted. If there a way to get rid of this? Thank you.

you can use vm to have both in farmzone or there are many hwid bypass programs that u need to pay
