First I think the balance it’s different in each developer/admin/player mind.

Second be careful maybe you will be scammed with that request.

 

P.S. I think need most core side balance because most of skills stats in any pack it’s kinda same so better work by yourself on something like that.. the are many tutorials about how to modify skills.

Yes I will check first the skills and after I will pay bro but the most packs skills are corrupted and you need much time to fix it
