Help How to insert Java changed code in to the server

Hello i wanna ask when we change a java code or we make a new class , how we can after insert it in to the server without changing anything ?

{Example}

"I mean if you have already have make some changes and put some custom items , and now you have put a new custom pvp zone or a new code, in your java files and you wanna insert it in to the server without changing or missing anything"

If you don't have any database changes then compile anew core and upload all affected files into server folder. And after, if server is runned, restart server via admin console/command.

 

If you server is live project, when shotdown server, make dump of all files and after apply all changes.

I did do that and it gave me an error i couldn't log , and yes i have database changes ..a lot of them
