I personally dont believe in scamming others.... well random people anyways. If its somebody you hate/dislike its a diff story. Earn it without -beep-ing somebody else over and you are better off... thats why I choose botting.

+1 but i would add something (for me). People are not what they used to be (stupid) and they don't fall for this kind of scamming.

There could be non retail server that could actually have bought a licension from NCsoft, so it could be illegal even if trying to scam servers like DN, Dexter, etc. (I doubt they're illegal lol)

You fail at american law.

l2j is a legal emulator for L2.  An owner of an L2j server that is not breaking other laws (image copyright, pirated forum software etc) can prosecute.  L2off owners could still prosecute because you wont have NCSoft on your side counter-sueing for illegal software, profits etc.

 

Then you also have the webhosting which IS illegal for hosting this scam.

Well Dunno Whatsup in America But In Lithuania Any L2 Server, Which Havent Bought Files Or License From (www.lineage2.com) Is Illegal, So You Can Do Ewerything You Want With That Server(Well Not hacking Offcourse), But Scaming Is Allowed If Its Not Retail

if i emulate an offical server,then i running it, it means if i crack my games those are legal.

 

 

so. if you copy an offical server in any ways, you break the rules.

beacause of l2j, that is a big problem, coz l2j is slow, and cant work with 300+ person (depend on server machine)

 

the bigger problems is l2off. its a copy too. but it can run with 1500-2000 player too.

because of this, watch l2 extreme or what was that. that server was the first on many toplists. and it was killed.
