Help Error at ByteBuffer after compiling // Cant pass login scree

I am facing the problem below please, I have compiled the source. The problem is that it shows me the following error and it does not pass the login screen. Do anyone know how this can be fixed?

Is there any way to import l2jserver.jar into eclipse? (convert classes into java file i mean) since the new compile is not working as i was expected.
