Help GF or H5 no Infinite Vision?

hey,guyz,H5 client cant use infinite Vision?i found when i change the value in User.ini,its not effect...

L2.ini maxzoom or something like that. Check it

its not in L2.ini,i think need modify it in User.ini.but its not works.
