hLaPEx on Lineage II Rebirth

Hello everybody. I play on Lineage II Rebirth(www.lineage2rebirth.com) and everyone in this erver has his weapon +20. I have broken nearly 30 daggers and haven't created any +20. Can somebody tell me how to make a +20 with some bug on that server or how to create it with HLapex??? Thank you!!!

First u must know if HlapeX or Phx work in that server... the server what client is it?interlude c4/c5 hellbound or gRacia?
