Help Custom Hair Colors in char creation screen.

Hello all.
I created some custom hair colors for characters.
Now i want it to be visible and selectable in character creation screen.
My question is, which file i need to edit for this purpose?

You can try to edit default texture.

Thx for your answer.
Replacing default textures is easy to do, but it's not what i'm trying to reach. I want them to be optional and additional in character creation.
