[Share]How to have auto TvT(simply way for niebies)

ok thx man, but is there anything else i can automate with global tasks? right now I automate CTF, TVT events, and daily restarts. Can I make a rates change event using jscript? maybe having it change the server rates for a set time? I know how to execute it with global tasks but how would I have it change server rates?
