Did you use lordofdest's L2Editor on a H5 client with Prelude maps? I didn't consider that to start messing around!

Since every client is backwards compatible... yes. :) Also you can recreate texturefiles and decrypt static meshes to use newer ones. 

 

There are some issues with this tool, but you can do the basics -> Adding meshes to create a better looking world. ^^ Terrain painting would also be great but the editor crashes ... the only way to edit it is to create statics of foilage and place them manually

 

here are some examples:

 

adding meshes like foliage, farms, interiors, lights, boats, flames.....etc
