Help sub + skin change?

Good night, sorry for the inconvenience and my English grief. I would like to know if there is a command to subclass a character and change the skin depending on the subclass that is assigned. I've tried subjob new and subjob renew but it just lets me use it in the gm and it does not change my skin. Will it be from the files? I will have to modify something? will there be any npc with skin change? I await response, thanks and regards.
