Help Community Board Gracia Final

sorry for my english !  need  Community Board Gracia Final ! available in the assembly  does not work . Writes not started community server

L2Comm.exe = lin2clancomm (odbc) + lin2comm (odbc)

As i read from community it is advised to keep community board off, hell knows why, but to get it working, run L2COMM.exe (if you dont have it, find from another source and just implement it inside yours).
