Smart-Guard Problem

Hello, I own smart-guard protection but we have problem with our server.

We changed all the settings correctly but we can only login in the server.

We cant  join the game. Stuck at Server List. Our server is running on Linux not Windows and the guys from Smart-Guard company does not want to reply to us..

Anyone that can help with that?

It might be not correct key in server, not initialized latest smartguard jar, system that doesnt match server key.
