Help Removing Seven Signs and 4sepulchers announces

Is there a way removing Seven Sign announce, or disable it completely? I was thinking to set next SSQ period somewhere FAR away in the future but I am not sure it is a right way to "solve" it.

Also, is there a way removing 4 sepulchers shout messages? I assume it might be somewhere in AI but I am not sure where exactly to look.

I am using AdvExt files.

It's in the AI for those NPC's. It's not a server announcement.

yes I found many ssq classes in AI.obj. The problem is I have seven sign announcements in game like "Seven Signs: Next period starts blah blah". So my problem is that I need help tracking it down where it is or at least which class should I look into. I just hope someone have done it already or knows how to do it and can help me.
