Help Upload screenshot problem

When ever i try to upload a picture says that: There was a problem processing the uploaded file. Please contact us for assistance. Plus, when ever i try to contact for support says :The page you are trying to access is not available for your account (All the pictures are jpeg) Am i banned or something?
