Bump option

I have no clue if I posted wrong or not, but it's a report. I have 3 active topics, I understand that as a normal user and not a VIP/Donator, I can use my bump once a day, on one topic, but I haven't used my BUMP button and none of my topics can be Bumped today.

This happened since forum changed from IPB 3 to 4.

Generally a lot of things aren't working fine, takee for examples smileys.. forum is under porn and under construction.
