[Help] Texture Or Mesh Bug Make Char Black

Im trying to add the santa suit to a C4 server, i create the mesh and the textures and it works fine in almost every place, but when i go to ivory undergraund where is almost no light the complete char became black. At first i thought it was a texture problem, but i erase the texture files completly and it continues to happen. I leave a picture so u see the problem.
