Right click on l2.exe -> Compatibility...Select windows 7 or even windows xp. 

 

And try it in a variety of servers, because this particular system you are using might be the issue.

The problem Isn't on dll if missing or not. Nothing to do with L2.bin/exe

 

Go to your control panel and remove all Visual C++. 

Restart your computer.

 

Visual C++ x64 Download

Visual C++ x86 Download

Download both if your os running x64bit.

I think you just made me fuck my pc, had like x3 Visual C++, uninstalled all of them, installed what you just said which are just x2 and the thing is still not fixed.

I've remove all Visual C++ from my computer. Check the error of skype: (The same with you)

I reinstall Visual C++ from the link that I give you.

Restart Computer, reinstall skype:

If now you have what I gave you last night, just reinstall the Interlude client.

Did multiple times but still, idk what's wrong really :P

about your error, mine doesn't say anything about 140(number) idk if its the same or not.
