Well, I'm looking for a lowrate, populated server, without any kids on it cuz they destroy the gaming experience.

Rates should be between x4 - x10, Chronicle doesn't matter.

Oh, and add a kind of review about the server if possible.

Try out http://www.azuregaming.net/L2/ one of best low rate servers , but is slowly dieing.

they have 2 servers Aerith x5 and Nanaki x15 both l2off c5 with very good hardware.

Btw you cant run bot ( never heard what any bot working on this servers )

and dual boxing is not allowed

I agree with that, l2dex and l2dn are actually the best LR servers, though I didn't play there.
