Sуѕтємƒяєαк Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 First of all you need jdk so download it from here and install it Click me to download JDK Part 1)Go and download maven from here (select the first mirror it gives) Click me to download Maven Then extract it (select extract here[!!]) and rename the folder from apache-maven-2.0.9 to maven and when you open it, it should look like the ss http://i33.tinypic.com/4h3viu.jpg[/img] Then move it to your local disc (C:\ or whatever) http://i36.tinypic.com/4s1mhk.jpg[/img] Ok so now go to start > run > type cmd and a window should open http://i37.tinypic.com/ve9h5c.jpg[/img] In that window type C:\maven\bin\mvn install (C:\ can be replaced with D:\-E:\ or whatever your local disc is named) It will download some updates leave it till it says built error --->this is normal Part 2)Good now you installed maven..so let's go to TortoiseSVN-download it from here(IMPORTANT DON'T DOWNLOAD A NEWER VERSION!) Click me to download TortoiseSVN And then go on and install it..in the end it will show you a window and it will ask to restart press YES http://i38.tinypic.com/f03g9s.jpg[/img] Good now lets install subversion..download subversion from here and install it Click me to download subversion Part 3)Lets go on with java Right click on "My computer" --> advanced --> environment tables Then, click on NEW at System Variables and write name : JAVA_HOME value : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_07 http://i36.tinypic.com/rib6fl.jpg[/img] Press ok and restart your pc for the changes to take effect! Part 4)Good!Now it's time for checkout ;) go to your hard disc and create a new folder called l2jfree or whatever. Then right click and select "checkout" and fill in like in picture where it says url this http://svn.l2jfree.com/svn/l2j-free/archive/CT2.2/ and press ok! (currently Gracia part 2) http://i37.tinypic.com/14sjypg.jpg[/img] Good it will start downloading..wait till it finishes! http://i37.tinypic.com/2uhviqh.jpg[/img] Part 5)Ok so now we go again to cmd (check part 1 if you don't remember how) Open it and type cd C:\L2jfree\l2jfree-core (see the pic) and press enter then write C:\maven\bin\mvn clean:clean http://i36.tinypic.com/11bp7pt.jpg[/img] It will download some things so w8 till it says build successful .. http://i35.tinypic.com/2lub4zq.jpg[/img] The type C:\maven\bin\mvn assembly:assembly -Dmaven.test.skip=true and press enter.. this will download again some things and compile the core! [it will take some time] http://i33.tinypic.com/23tfgbt.jpg[/img] Thats it! When it says build successful your core has been compiled! http://i34.tinypic.com/r7osc6.jpg[/img] You can find it in the folder target see pic http://i35.tinypic.com/2wqv4hz.jpg[/img] ->To compile the login server do the same thing! PS If it gives an error like the ss and says outofmemory error add this http://rapidshare.com/files/161782475/mvn.bat http://i38.tinypic.com/b6yr6h.jpg[/img] ->Credits for the guide and images go to me! The reason i wrote this is that many people have problems compiling l2jfree without eclipse so here is the best way to do it! =] Quote
