Hi everyone, im wondering how to make this effect when you place the mouse over the button and to get glow or shine or change color effect.
here is an example

Can you be little more specific? 

Well i didn't thought i had to.

 

3 different textures:

_normal = normal

_normal_over = hover

_normalOn = pressed

 

at html should be like that: back="blabla.bla_normalOn" fore="blabla.bla_normal">
