Help Tyrannosaurus Problem

Hello, on my server i spawn tyranosaurus on isle but after i restart my server they do not spawn again. i searched on google about it and i found about something on spawn list, 

how can i add him on the spawnlist on navicat?

Ok i found the sql codes. i put the here just if someone else need them!

 INSERT INTO `spawnlist` VALUES ('300000', 'primeval_isle', '1', '22215', '23348', '-20888', '-2672', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0');

press the '+' symbol at the bottom in order to insert a record.
