Hello i am new i would like to know if i can change the language of a russian server tha i play..I cannot understand anything ingame is there anyfileto edit to make it in english?

u can just change client language,

 

or check if there is not  .control and change to eng language ;d

for client take from eng system  systring-e, questname, skillname, systemmsg and idk more now and copy to your system

 

but alt + b and other think i think u cant change

npc's names and htmls are not written in english that's why,only server's owner can change it.

files mentioned above are just for your patched system(client sided).
