You must start looking around on this forum or "Google". You can find a lot sample and stuff how to make a custom NPC.

 

Also mostly of the samples or code I took for my server, it was from RU forums sites, so you should start taking or searching from there.

There are so many shared NPCs ,and u can actually get an idea if its ur first time.

Rofl people nowadays, back when not even youtube existed  and we were trying our luck failure by failure

and now 2k16 kids have 100000 tutorials and ways to learn and still ask for easier solution xD
