Help Acis Mammon Shop Turn On

How to turn on Merchant Of Mammon in acis ?

 

Now when try to open npc i got message "This is a quest event period"

Just create a custom mammon with same template id.

You should edit your html files. You will understand if you have some knowledge..

I can't just turn off saven sign some how ? Can you tell me right way how to turn off seven sign ? :)
