Well Its simple , Wich was the best cartoon u love when u where a child ? or that u still love? or that Program that drive u nuts like a monkey when u had 6-10 years old :$

 

Well here is my top 10 :P

 

1 Ren and stimpy (aka happy happy joyjoy)

2 Simpsons

3 South park

4 Doug

5 Rocko modern life

6 Arnold

7 Angry Beavers

8 Sponge Bob

9 Rugrats

10 the adventures of pete & pete

 

There are many more but those are the ones i will always remember  :'(
