on gameserver/model/elementals.java

 
public static final int FIRST_WEAPON_BONUS = X
public static final int ARMOR_BONUS = X
 

on X you put for Weapon, the max it will be on lv7 (300) and on armor (120). first stone will always go lv7. if the player use a stone (max lv4) the weapon will get lv 4 and the rest will be done like the retail way of elementing.
