Help Subclasses

So guys i work on a frozen pack and i have a problem with the subclasses manager i cant change subclass and this is what i get :

Maybe there is some useless config regarding subclass?

Make sure you meet required criteria?

Did you change your class or still 'human fighter'?

i did.. im bladedancer.. no1 even all the testers with 3rd class cant make subclass
